    1939 Proof 53 Quarter (ICG) circulated  Something you don't see that often, a proof coin that made it into circulation. I thought it was a holder error when I bought it but you can definitely see mirrored fields underneath the circulation marks. PF-60 is listed at $90 we'll go less then half $40.

    1955 Mint STate 65 Quarter (PCI) BULLS EYE TOned A nice example of a 1955 silver Washington quarter certified by PCI as Mint State 65. It's bright white with nice bulls-eye toned on the front and back. The back of this coin is golden tone around the rim and the front is mostly rainbowed.

      1966 NTC MS-67 Special Mint Set   $14.99  
    1966 Mint State 67 Quarter (NTC) SMS  The US mint was trying to stop collectors from hoarding coins so they removed the mint marks and only make Special Mint Sets which was a combination between a proof and a mint set. This SMS quarter is graded MS67 by NTC.

    1967 Mint State 67 Quarter (NGC) SMS 1967 was the last year the mint made SMS sets and returned the Mint Marks on coins the next year. This one was graded by Numismatic Guaranty Corporation of America, NGC as Mint State 67.

    1976-S Mint State 67 Quarter SIlver-clad (PCI) Toned   Here we have a 1776/1976 Bicentennial quarter in a PCI, OGH. Most people feel they had stricter grading standards when the coins were in the original green holders. This coin has a mostly copper color tone on the reverse.
