Year/MM | Cert. Company | Grade | Extra |

||||||
| 1999-D | ANACS | netAU-50 | CW Damage | Misaligned Dies | $19.99 | ||||||
![]() ![]() |
Next is a certified nickel with mis-aligned dies this happens when one of the dies shifts so one side is normal and the other side is slightly off center. ANACS gave this a net-grade because of some counter wheel damage.
| 1999-P | ICG | MS-64 | Georgia | Slightly off center | $24.99 | ||||||
![]() |
A pleasing example of a off center error on a statehood quarter that wont break the bank. It's only "slightly offcenter" which looks close to a broadstruck error.
| 2000-P | ANACS | MS-63 | New Hampshire | DIE Crack | SOLD | ||||||
![]() ![]() |
Here's an error on a Statehood quarter. It has a Die Crack which is pretty common but at least you can usually see them with the naked eye rather then needing a 10x magnifying glass just to see it. The crack is on the obv. and runs from the base of Washington to the rim. | SOLD
| 2001-P | ANACS | MS-63 | Rhode Island | DIE Crack | SOLD | ||||||
![]() ![]() |
This Statehood quarter has a Die Crack on the obverse that runs from the U in Quarter to the base of Washington. This error coin is graded Mint State 63 by ANACS. | SOLD
| 2001-P | ANACS | MS-64 | New York | DIE Crack | $19.99 | ||||||
![]() ![]() |
A die crack error that starts at the Q in Quarter and goes to the bottom of Washington's base. Although this is a common error on coins you can see them with the naked eye rather then needing a 10x magnifying glass just to see it.
| 2001-P | ICG | MS-64 | reverse | Struck Thru Grease | $24.99 | ||||||
![]() ![]() |
This New York statehood quarter has a Philadelphia mint mark. This is a strange looking coin as half of the finish on the reverse is rough whereas the other half of the coins finish on the reverse and the complete obverse has a normal finish.
| 2001-P | ICG | MS-64 | obverse | Struck Thru Grease | $24.99 | ||||||
![]() ![]() |
This is also a New York statehood quarter with a Philadelphia mint mark. This coin also has a rough finish except this one the whole finish on the obverse is rough & the finish on the reverse is normal. This coin & the one listed above are certified by ICG.
| 2002-P | ANACS | MS-66 | Mississippi | DIE Crack | $24.99 | ||||||
![]() ![]() |
The die crack error on this coin is a little harder to see with the naked eye. This was probably the start of the deteration of the die since the coin still graded a high grade of Mint State 66.
| 2003-P | ANACS | MS-65 | Missouri | DIE Crack | $19.99 | ||||||
![]() ![]() |
Another error on a Statehood quarter. It has a Die Crack which is pretty common and usually wouldn't command enough premium to make it worth certifying, but someone did and I got a group of these cheap so I'm passing the saving to you.
| 2003-P | ANACS | MS-65 | Maine | DIE Crack | $19.99 | ||||||
![]() ![]() |
This would be a great addition to the one listed below. This one has a small die crack above the letter UA in quarter on the obverse. This coin is graded by ANACS as Mint State 65
| 2003-P | ANACS | MS-65 | Maine | Clashed Die | $39.99 | ||||||
![]() ![]() |
A clashed die happens when the dies come together and there isn't a coin in the chamber. The OBV. and REV. dies smash together and adds details on the other die. You can see this with the naked eye next to the ship on the rev.
| 2004-P | ANACS | MS-63 | Texas | DIE Crack | $24.99 | ||||||
![]() ![]() |
This state quarter has two die cracks. The first one is right above Washington eye, part of it is in the fields and the rest is on his forehead. The second crack goes from the bottom of his wig thru the two LL in dollar and ends at the rim.
| 2005-P | ANACS | MS-65 | Kansas | Clashed die | $34.99 | ||||||
| Here we have another clashed die error. This one looks like a doubled leaf on the largest flower on the rev. It is certified by ANACS and it's an error on a statehood quarter. I have 3 of these available grab one now, at this price they will go quick. | |||||||||||
| 2007-P | ANACS | MS-67 | Montana | Struck Thru Debris | $39.99 | ||||||
| This coin was struck through debris and still maintained a very high grade which is usually hard to achieve. The error can be seen on both sides of the skull on the reverse of the coin. And on Washington neck on the obverse of the coin. | |||||||||||
|
Here we have errors on slabs; wrong date, denomination, different coin entirely. |
|||||||||||
| 1940-S | ANACS | EF45 | DIE Break | Obv not Rev | $39.99 | ||||||
![]() ![]() |
You get a lot of bang for your buck here. You get an error coin in an errored holder. The coin is an Major Die Break Rev graded EF45 details because of some glue on the obverse. The holder says the glue is on the reverse. Two errors one price.
| 1938-S | NTC | MS-6 | Mechanical error | Missing number | $49.99 | ||||||
![]() |
This is one of those funny errors as the certification is some what worthless without the grade. Without the last number this coin could be a MS60 to a MS69.
| 1947-D | NGC | MS-65 | Red | Wrong Mintmark | $49.99 | ||||||
![]() |
This NGC graded coin is listed as a (S)an Francisco Mintmark. The coin in the holder actually has a (D)enver minted coin.
| 1976-S | NGC | MS-66 | Coins MS not Proof | $59.99 | |||||||
![]() |
This NGC errored label is a Mint State coin graded as a Proof. The label says Proof 66 rather then Mint State 66.
| 2006-S | NGC | PF-69 | Silver | Wrong State | $59.99 | ||||||
![]() |
The holder lists this coin as 2006 S Silver 25c "South Dakota" PF69 UCAM. The coin in the holder is a North Dakota.
| 2002-W | NGC | MS-69 | commemorative | Wrong coin | $69.99 | ||||||
![]() |
Another mistake by NGC, this one is on a commemorative coin. The coin itself is an nice example of a 2002 West Point Military Academy Bicentennial Coin with only one carbon spot on the obv. The holder itself has two errors, first it's listed as a P mint mark and second it's listed as an Olympic rather then Military Academy.
| 2002-P | PCGS | NG | Sample holder | Misspelled state | $89.99 | ||||||
![]() |
This PCGS sample holder has Louisiana misspelled on the holder as "Loiusiana". As a bonus we will throw in a second Louisiana sample holder with that insert tag spelled correctly. Get this 2 slab set for 1 price.
| 1998-S | PCGS | PF-69 | Wrong Date | $109.99 | |||||||
![]() |
Here we have a wrong date error. This PCGS label states the coin is a 1997 when in fact the coin inside the holder is a 1998. Although I don't like to price these PCGS holder errors this high, the demand on these errors makes it almost impossible to replace.
| 1972-S | PCGS | MS-67 | Silver | Coins MS not Proof | $129.99 | ||||||
![]() |
Here is the last of our holder errors. You could say it is a double error as it is graded Proof 67 Deep cameo. When in fact it is Mint State, so it is not proof and does not have cameo.
