This note was Certified and Authenticated by CGA and graded very fine 20.  The serial is #C70306655A, it has a great picture on the reverse of what looks like maybe Christopher Columbus and his crew sailing to America on the left side and then landing on shore with a large boat in the distances on the right side.

 These sets were issue from the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. It is a five dollar note and a one dollar note with matching serial numbers 88886929. They were both separately graded by PCGS, VeryCN64 for the dollar and Gem New 65 for the 5 dollar note.
